3. PVC Anti-Moisture Sub-Base: Kitchen cabinets sit on 100% waterproof PVC pedestals, ensuring floor wash water never touches wooden structures.
4. Chemical Anti-Termite Pre-Treatment: All wood framing is pressure-impregnated with eco-safe borer and termite repellents carrying a 10-year warranty.
