Cancellation Policy

• Booking Stage

  In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your project within 3 days after paying the booking amount (10% of project value), Inner Design will offer a full refund of the booking amount. There will be no refund on the cancellation post 3 days of paying the booking amount.

  Design Stage

  Cancellation of the project is possible but Inner Design will not refund/return any amount paid till date.

  Production & Installation Stage

  Because each item is made to order, Inner Design cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items once the final order is placed. Therefore the amount will not be returned to customers.
