Price:-

• Quoted prices are applicable for this proposal only, any modifications may result in a change of prices.
• The quoted rates are an estimate based on current design and sizes.
• Designs are liable to change till the sign off the design phase.
• Depending on the exact actual measurements on the site prices may change.
• Deep cleaning for your home post-handover can be provided by Inner Design at an extra cost as

below:

• Floor covering of your existing flat will be charged extra at TK. 10 per SFT / this will be done by default by Inner Design added to your bill at the time of going to production as per actual site measurements.
• Painting and light suggestion will only be given if you book the same services with us.
• High Quality 3D Render services can be provided by Inner Design on extra cost.
• If service lift isn’t operational then uplifting charges of 10000 TK. will be applicable till 5th floor. Beyond that as per floor count charges will be applicable.
• Any lamination beyond the price of 2000 TK /sheet. will be charged extra.
• Soft closer hinz & channel will be charged extra.
• Any extra accessories, Carcass top, lights, electrical materials, Point shifting or any other extra work will be charged as per actual.
• Based on Design Rates May differ for each and every Unit.
• PVC Sheet, Veneer, Digital Lamination, Lacquer Glass and Acrylic sheet will be charged extra as per the actual rate.
• All kind profile handle, Profile shutter cost will be charged extra.
• Extra Drawer/Basket Or any other accessories will be charged extra as per actual.
• Time of installation all the internal house wall may get some damages and for that you need to do one coat of painting after completion of woodwork.
• Inner Design is able to process your final order and start production only post a 55% payment, Key and work permission letter.

• Electrical points shifting
• Electrical Appliances and/or installation
• Chimney installation & ducting
• Wall tiles and installation
• Cornice / Mouldings & Pelmet
• Kitchen & Cabinet Spotlights
• Hanging accessories
• Copper gas pipe and installation
• False Ceiling and Furniture lights
• Stone Work
• Wall Core Cutting
• Deep Cleaning

Production & Installation Schedule:-

*Inner Design will keep 15 working days of buffer time for unconditional foreseen situations.

*Inner Design won’t be responsible for any delay in project implementation due to third party vendors or for reasons beyond its control.
